Pricing for Photography & Video

I am an experienced School , Nursery , Commercial , Family & Wedding photographer / videographer having covered thousands of individual portraits / multiple commercial projects & over 300 weddings since 2013. My personality & style is professional, relaxed & natural where required. I adjust my style depending on the project. I use top of the range Sony cameras and lenses including the most up to date Sony A7IV & for video Sony A7siii and DJI drones for aerial requirements.
School & Nursery Photography
I've taken thousands of individual portraits over the last decade and can honestly say that I've given 100% effort into every single shot. Some children are natural posers but I'm more patient with children who may give me that initial "who are you?" look! :-)
I constantly hear from parents how their school has a big national company taking photos who just take 1 or 2 shots and then the prices are extortionate. Where possible I take multiple poses and my prices are much lower than these big companies.
- Experienced photographer based in Worcester but I can travel
- I set up the studio including professional lighting & lots of props!
- Efficient tried & tested QR code system to streamline the whole process.
- Minimal admin on the part of a school / nursery. All I ask for is a list of names and I do everything else.
- Digital images from just £4 each (as part of a pack)
- High quality Fuji Paper prints from a professional lab, delivered to the school to save parents paying for p&p.
- As a thank you to any nursery / school that uses me I offer a free session to update website photos. Typically half a day.
Family Photography
Family Photography Session
I'm very experienced at Family photography & tend to prefer outdoor natural settings which offer a fantastic mix of backgrounds and especially where children are involved it's a lot more fun for them.
- upto 60 minutes session at an outdoor location in and around Worcester.
- What I take you get! So if I take and select 100 photos you get all of these fully edited and in full resolution
- Maximum group size is 6 people. Get in touch if it's more than this.

Wedding Photography & Video
Photography & Video combined package

(£1,375 for midweek dates, excluding May to August & Bank Hol Mondays)
- Coverage from getting ready through to first dance (10 hours coverage)
- Photograpy : All photos fully edited (no limit but typically 600-800 photos)
- Video : Full coverage of the ceremony, all of the speeches and the whole of the first dance.
- Phil does both photography & video. This gets fantastic coverage of the day whilst keeping the cost of hiring separate photographers down.
- Aerial photography & video included (weather & safety assessments permitting)
Photography Only Package
£1,275
(£975 for midweek dates, excluding May to August & Bank Hol Mondays)
- Coverage from getting ready through to first dance (maximum 10 hours)
- All photos fully edited (no limit but typically 600-800 photos)
- Aerial images included (weather & safety assessments permitting)
- Add the video option as described in the combined package at any time for an additional £400.
Video only package
£1,275
(£975 for midweek dates, excluding May to August & Bank Hol Mondays)
- Coverage from getting ready through to first dance (maximum 10 hours)
- Receive a feature length video including all of the ceremony (excluding hymns for a church ceremony) , all speeches, all first dance & multiple highlights from the day. If you would like a highlights only video (usually 4-8 mins) as well this is available for an addition £250.
- Excellent sound is picked up using small lapel microphones.
- Aerial video included weather & safety assessments permitting
- I use Professional Sony Video cameras (Including A7siii) , 10 bit colour , DJI Drones , DJI RS3 Gimbal for super smooth coverage.

TIME
I can cover as much or as little of your wedding as you wish. Just mention certain aspects ie all day, ceremony only etc or an amount of time & I will quote for this.
NO LIMIT ON QUANTITY OF IMAGES
Be assured you will get a fantastic selection of fully edited photographs. For an all day wedding this can often be 600-800 images, but I won’t hold back!
VIDEO
I can offer an option to video the ceremony and speeches & provide a quote to cover both photography & video for the whole day. If you need just Wedding Videography I can also provide this and work along side with your photographer. So that I can do both photography video as well, I use several cameras on tripods and professional sound using lapel microphones normally placed on the groom and the officiant. I can also include “snippets” from the day as well. I use top of the range Sony cameras for video capable of recording 4k in 10 bit 4.2.2 colour. (sorry for the jargon… it’s basically top end professional quality!)
AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO
Get fantastic unique images / video from the air up to 400 feet high. (I rarely go this high!) I’ve been doing this for the last 7 years & I’ve received training up to CAA standards, and I’m also Insured for this. I’ve used a drone for many weddings and it always goes down well!
PRE-WEDDING PHOTOSHOOT
Some couples ask for pre-wedding shoots for many reasons. The obvious one is to get some lovely photos they can share with family / friends. But also if a couple is not used to having their photos taken this is a great idea for getting used to this. A 1 hour outdoor shoot where youget all the photos is £200.

PROFESSIONALISM
This is my full time job & I am always very thorough with all the weddings I photograph making sure I’ve checked out great locations at a venue for beautiful photographs. I’m always happy to discuss ideas and to give advice as well, especially regarding the time available on the day for group photos (making sure that these don’t dominate the day!) . I offer the option for a pre wedding shoot which is a great way to get to know each other and for a couple to get used to having their photos taken.
I use professional Sony cameras & lenses (& the best you can get bought from new) and appropriate back up equipment. I’m also proficient in using Adobe Lightroom & Adobe Premier Pro professional editing software to get the very best out of your photos & video.
